25" tires for Scrambler?
#1
2000 Scrambler 500, already wore out the stock tires and would like to go to 25" ITP or Titan 589 - anyone know if this would be a problem? I know it would change the handling and power, am only worried about size differences of front and rear of the stock tires versus the same sizes of the new ones I want. Any insight?
Thanks,
Ron

It should not be a problem. Check out these pictures. This guy has had 25" on for awhile now and has had no problems.

I disagree, If you keep it in two wheel drive it should be fine, but if you switch it to 4 wheel you may have problems because of the way the "on demand 4 wheel drive works". You would have to replace the front wheels and keep the front to back tire ratio somewhere close. The link that is supplied by lurch showes a scrambler that has bigger front and back tires. BTW.That is one awesome machine! Hope I helped

I guess after reading the original question again he could have meant front and back. Not real sure. Sorry bout that, I may have just misunderstood. By the way Lurch you have a beautifull girl. I just had my first too. When was yours born?
