Default Synthetic or not?

I'm due for an oil change here right away, first one since the break in. I was thinking of using synthetic oil, although the manual suggests "Arctic Cat" specific oil. Mentioned something about the "sheer strength" quality of the oil. I was going to use 5W50 Mobil 1 . Looking for opinions, should I stick with the AC 10W40?

Default Synthetic or not?

HI, I am now using the Arctic-cat synthetic 0-40w oil and it's wet cluch safe. The oil is great, my second grear used to shutter at low crawling speed, not anymore, the ac synthetic oil made it run real smooth
I am real happy with it.
