Default blaster clutch springs?

i just want to start this off by saying i don't want any "buy a raptor or shee" crap. ok i way 165 and 5'7. if i get heavy duty clutch springs will it help me pull on hills better. i noticed on easter at glamis going up olds, it felt like the clutch was slipping at the top in third and had to down shift to second. it's got a recently new clutch. also my cable is stretched.(getting a new one next week) would that make it slip. it shouldn't cause it's fully disengaged. cable so stretch can't start bike in gear. thanks for any info.
