i want to no how fast and powerful the 300ex is.plus any other info about the quad.thanks.

A 300 ex. is a pretty good quad except for that it is a little underpowered. The suspension on them are good, good running motors, and reliable. They are about just as fast as a stock blaster but the 300ex will pull away slowly on the top end. The thing i noticed about the 300 ex's is that the reverse sucks! the 300ex is a great quad and is very reliable..........

 

I never raced a stock blaster that had no problems with it but i think that they have more top end. Anyways, i love my quad but just want a little more top end. Since i have smaller tires i keep up wiht a warrior until i am wide open and he hits 6th, then he pulls away pretty good.

 

I really enjoyed the one I had. I kinda wish I still had it.

someone said the reverse sucked.....i dont understand how the reverse can suck. does it have like no power when in reverse or wht. im plannin on gettin a 300ex real soon if i can sell my trailblazer so fill me in on the reverse.

 

I don't think people like the procedure you have to go through to put it into reverse.

 

When I had my 300EX after a short amount of time it just became second nature about like using the clutch.

The 300ex is an excellent quad. It is a good sport quad just not really a racer. It doesn't have a lot of power but it has adequate power. I have a friend with one that is piped and it is pretty powerful. They ride wheelies pretty good and handle great. I think they're one of the best trail quads ever. Also they've been around for years so they're pretty much bullet proof. I think the top speed stock is about 55 or a little less. My friends does about 63 with a pipe, jetted, and a k/n air filter.
