I was wondering if I could get any feedback on the best time of year to ride at Sand Mountain in the Little Sahara Dunes in Utah. I was thinking of an early fall trip Sept. maybe. Any suggestions ? Thanks

 

I went about a month, and it was awesome weather. I think that late summer/early fall would be a great time to go. Let me know maybe I'll come down and ride with you. I got a buddy that has an 01 DS, he loves to go down there.

If you go later October Sand Mt. is nice

 

October is one of the best months. Lots of pics in my sig.. Labor Day will still get to the lower 90's.

 

Hey Sandgod, we need to meet up sometime when you are down there or in St. Anthony. I goota see what you did to the Z, it looked wider than mine. We will be at St. Anthony May 31 thru the weekend. I also think we are going down to LS sometime this summer. Keep in touch.

it's really hot in the summer, but I go year round anyway. The snow can be fun, and kinda crazy
