I had emailed you back but maybe it went to your spam. Seems to happen a lot. No my bumpers along with most other UTV bumpers dont have a winch mount. The winch mounts on the sxs itself. you will need a winch mounting plate for the Kymco UXV 450 which I would highly recommend getting the Universal one. The Warn mounting plate is a pain in the butt and you end up having to drill your own holes anyways.

That could be what happened. I guess it depends on how the bumper mounts to the frame. My RZR bumper had a winch mount but the bumper had several mounting points where it attached to the frame.
