Default Synthetic oil question?

Last night I changed my oil from the origanal oil to the synthetic oil. I drainded the oil and it looked green! So when I poured the synthetic in it was brown and now when I check my oil it looks green again? Can anyone tell me what is going on? I also went for a ride today and it was great oil!

Default Synthetic oil question?

Hi mountainclimber, What kind of Synthetic oil did you put in? If it was the arctic cat oil It is dark green and looks brown when you put it in, and yes mine is green too and the engine runs real smooth, Best thing I ever did. Now I add synthetic oil to every engine I own.

Default Synthetic oil question?

I used the AC oil change kit, and my oil is green, too. Well, it is the team color...

The kit wasn't cheap, but it's a lot cheaper than an engine.

So the oil that was original was green. And when you put the synthetic in it was brown and when you checked the oil it was green again?
