sounds like you got a problem jim. did you get new rims with the new tires. if so i would have tires switched over to stock rims, if you already have stock rims on.... then i would talk to my dealer if i were you.

wait wait wait!!!!!!!
ARE YOU SURE YOU DIDNT PUT THE WRONG RIM BACK THERE!!!!
BECASUE IF THEY WERE GOING TO RUB ANYWHERE IT WOULD BE UP FRONT.
CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOURE RIMS ARE DISHED RIGHT. I.E FRONT RIMS 6.5'S FOR THE FRONT AND REAR 8.0 I THINK FOR THE REAR.
I ACCIDENTLY DID THIS ONCE AND PUT ONE OF THE REAR WHEEL AND TIRE UP FRONT AND THE FRONT WHEEL AND TIRE ON BACK.
MINE DID NOT RUB AT ALL WHEN I HAD MY STOCK WHEELS ON MY MUDLITES!!
I HAD SEVERAL INCHES OF CLEARANCE BEFORE IT WOULD EVEN COME CLOSE TO RUBBING!!!

WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT.....hehe
What suspension system do you have? IRS or SRA(solid rear axle)?
If you have IRS you may have done what CatKrazy said.
If you have SRA you will need offset rims or spacers, the shocks on the SRA will rub with mud tires when you mount them on stock rims. How much do the tires rub on the shock? Putting a washer or two on each stud might be enough clearance.
