Yep, I got everything disconnected except the choke cable and twisted it each way. If I could figure out how to take off the choke cable I'll pull it off completely so I can get more leverage.

Try to grab the heads of the screws with a good pair of needle nose pliars and unscrew them that way. It's always worked on snowmobile carbs.

Hi Guys
I know this was an old post but will have to do the same jetting. Did the muffler mod, put in a K&N filter. plug is black now and bike is not running good, some times feels like theres no power, and after going at top speed let off the gas will back fire numerous times. Like I said only happens once and a while
The carb has a 150, picked up a 145.

AM I GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION?
