Default Another tire question!

I have decided on mudlites but i am having problems deciding what size, i am a little worried about breaking axles. I would like to go with 27x12x12 on the rear and 27x10x12 on the front. Will i need spacers or not? if so is it worth the risk or should i just run 27x10x12 all around. i don't really want to go down to 10 inches of width in the back but i also don't want to be riding and have to be pulled home! Any advice would be appreciated. Also a quick sidenote, i talked to my dealer about the axle problems and he hadn't heard of them, and he told me not to worry, bigger tires will not void warranty as long as you don't have lift or spacers.

Default Another tire question!

I've got 27x12 rear and 27x10 front Mud Lites on my 02 AC 400I manual. Have had them for around 3 weeks now. I have no spacers and no problems. Got them on stock rims. They are a huge improvement over stock tires. I have ridden my machine pretty hard through some good mud holes with them and have'nt broken anything. You luv 'em. Good Luck.

Default Another tire question!

i RUN 27 12 12 ALL THE WAY AROUND WITH REAR SPACERS!!

IF I HAD IT TO DO OVER AGAIN i WOULD RUN 28 10 AND 28 12
YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BREAKING ANYTHING!!!

I HAVE HAD MY BIKE IN SOME SERIOUS SITUATIONS WHERE I WAS CRINGING JUST WAITTING ON A CV TO POP,BUT IT NEVER DID!!
NOW I HAVE ALOT OF CONFIDENCE IN IT. tHE TIRES ARE SUPER LIGHT WEIGHT. THEY WILL NOT HARM YOUR BIKE!!!!

ALSO FOR THE RECORD TIRES ARE NOT BREAKING THE AXEL

SEE MY NEW TOPIC ON WHAT I HAVE FOUND OUT!
