I purchased an A/C 500 Auto with the winch package. To date it has been 1 month and I still haven't gotten my winch. The Dealer says they are on back order from the factory, Warn says they are shipping winches daily and there is no back order situation. Arctic Cat has no customer service web page to E-mail questions to. I can't find an 800 number for them either.
Has anyone else out there experienced this problem ? The dealer has been great on all other things ,it's just that this problem is annoying.

 

I finally got a number for the general offices at Arctic Cat. I called and told them about the winch problem I have with dealer. After speaking to the people at A/C they are sending the winch to my dealer by Fedex. I guess the squeaking wheel does get greased.

 

FedEx ! Now you will never get it ..

 

You have a rule 3300 lb winch on your Arctic Cat??
Does it fit well?? will it fit a warn plate??

 

I don't have it yet, I should get it today or tommrow UPS has it now , I will let you know ..

 

I put the Rule on today , It fit in the same spot as the Superwinch and mounted on the same plate but it hits the protective screen on the radiator not enough to hit the radiator.
It is bigger than the superwinch and seems to run smoother, I used the dial switch instead of the rocker because I heard of people having problems with the rocker, It took about an hour to switch everything ...
