My father in law has a artic cat 300 4x4 it's a 1999 has the low medium and high range selection. Any way he has rejeted, checked floats, adjusted the needle, etc. and the darn thing still runs like crap. He thinks he got a bum carb.
Any suggestions would greatly be appricated.

Hmm im not 100%. I wouldnt think so. But it might idle, and if you punch it it might. But the needle helps fuel/air delivery at all throttle ranges. Even WOT i think, the fuel/air still has to pass by the needle at WOT. I could be wrong, im far from an expert.

yamaha, I know your just trying to start something, but this is not the place to do it. He is trying to get help from members who actually care. Unlike some people who just try to start stuff because they don't actually know anything or have nothing better to do. I see that you have made the same post in several threads in the Artic Cat forum. Why don't you go someplace else? Unless your going to be constructive why don't you keep your comments to yourself. This will be the first and only time I will ever reply to one of your pointless posts. thank you
