i snorkeled my 03 500 manual. it was challenging but worth it. you can e-mail me for tips and pics if you wish. i think that explanation would make a long boring post.

 

There a 4 axles @ $350.00 each. $1,400.00 for the entire quad.

I have 2" flex hose coming from the airbox and going along the right side of the bike and up to the front fender. I will have pics when I get the Cat back from Gorilla.

For the front end, I bought a used King Quad for donor parts.

Arctic Cat has a replacement part number for those defective axles
that are causing you guys so much grief.

Old Part Number 0402-907 has been replaced with 0502-544.

So, has any one verefied cost of the OEM axles? Some one prev. said $150ea. Is this true? Has Arctic cat stepped up to the plate for the owners of these weaker axles?

Any one tested the new 2004 upgrades yet...

 

I paid $200 for OEM in NY.That included everything though.
