Good News from AC Inc.

I finally got an e-mail address from Arctic Cat customer service, so I wrote them a long and painful story about the crappy treatment I get at my local dealer. They called my home within 4 hours to log a formal complaint, and promised to follow up with the dealer, and then call me back to let me know how it went!! At least AC Inc is listening, even if some of their dealers don't.

Wow that's awesome that you actually got some kind of responce. It must be nice to know that your complaint did not go unanswered. From what I am told Yamaha is the kind of dealer that you never here from.

I am also interested in contacting Arctic Cat , I think they should know how beeping disappointed I am with my 2003 500 AC manual shift, I have had it for 6 months, My complaint is the miss shift or false neutral mostly between 1st and 2nd gear ,It has also happened periodically between 3rd and 4th gears. I mostly buy toys used and expect to have problems with them ,I expect dependability when I buy something new.
