Some guys use 30+ PSI to stretch the tire and some do that plus put the tires on the lawn for a couple of days so they can expand even more from the heat of the sun. I would not do that, not worth it. Some people have claimed 30" tires, thats just nuts.
I have run from 0 to 20 PSI in my tires, I think 20 was only once or, maybe it was 15, not sure.
30 lbs exhaust!!!! holy crap....lol. That is crazy, why would they do that? I wonder if the header is heavy like that. Aftermarket exhaust has a fairly good advantage now except for the annoying loud sound it produces.
Also, what ever happened to black magic racing performance products for arctic cats. I'm looking at their website and no ATV stuff, weird.

i did look into the black magic pipes but could not get anywhere either. yeah, the aftermarket pipes are pretty loud but i love it because its so redneck. and there is hardly any back pressure when it gets submerged (which is quite often). i don't know why ac and others baffle those stock mufflers so much, i guess it is the noise factor. the stock pipe on the 250ex was pretty heavy also.
