Good pics Mark. I need to shake the spider webs off of my Sportsman HO and bring it mudding sometime...Haven't ridden a utility quad in over 4 months . Damn DS is just too much fun
We should hook up sometime and go riding Mark.

Yessir, we can try and work something out... the sportsman might be a better choice for long haul. But the DS is just SOOO sweet hehe. This time of year not to much mud left anyhow.

Sounds good... a friend just bought an 03 grizz, hes a little excited to say the least. He drove it from North River to Salt Springs, 50KMs, he said he had no trouble. So it would be nothing for us to hit truro and hook up sometime by the looks of it.

Shotgun, they just hooked up to what ever you had on the back. So i would say it differed. Was a chain with an attachment, either went on the ball if you had one, or in the eye hole. Nothing like what you guys are into hehe. I liked watching it tho. Id like to see some "real" pulling. Whats better? Lower or higher?

Voodoo,
You want mud .... We found lots of mud around the Panuke lake this weekend! In Nova Scotia, mud is just a powerline away!
Anybody know where to find information about trails in Nova Scotia?
Cheers

Voodoo,
The Panuke lake stretches from St. Croix (Halifax side of Windsor) down to almost Chester. We rode a trail around Burnt Lake and we found some serious mud! My buddy got stuck 5 times crossing the one hole. The trail we found started by the boat launch on the Panuke Road (lots of parking room). It headed south along the lake and then turned west, inland. There were lots of trails, but we didn't get a chance to run them. We started in the morning in Tantallion at the main bowater gate, and made our way up to scott paper land and then over to the Panuke. I might trailer up and run some of the other trails sometimes.
If you want more information, or a screen capture of my map, send me a PM.
Cheers

A higher trailer hitch is better, the guys we know mount there's up on the back rack.
This event had a 16" max ball height limit i believe. here's a trick, cut the top of the ball off and put the new cut off ball up to 16" this makes it actually higher, because the top of the ball has now effect on how high the trailer is.
