Baddest mudder ATV? COOL! More power to Artic Cat! Competition is always good I say... I love it.

If this doesn't have anything to do with the current conversation it's because I stopped reading the responses around page 3. Maybe I'll go back and read more later.
I personally think the 650's color green is ugly. Although, I understand that it's AC's racing color. I would rather buy a Prairie 700 for less money. I don't like the weight of 690lb and the seat height of 39.3". (This machine is too big for where I ride.) The clearance and some of the LE options are nice. (Bumpers, 2" hitch and winch)
Why not put it on a front page? I've seen enough versions of the Z400 including the AC DVX400 on front pages. I guess the editors don't think that a pic of the green machine will sell magazines.
I guess that's about 1 cents worth.

WELL I hope they got some good axles on that machine because after about 150 miles or so to break it in the 28x12.5x12 outlaws are going on this one and we,ll see if it,ll make it or i,ll break it yahoo!!!!!!!!!

just to prove a point about belts some consrtuction machinery that rips up the asphalt on the roads are run off belts I know of many and one I recently tried out is a reclaimer the massive drum that rips up concrete roads and asphalt is run by a belt and has 650 HP motor to back it up so don,t tell me that todays belts can,t compete with gears

the 650 sucks i saw it at Hay Days in MN. the exhaust is too low. the air box is behind the plastic where the gas tank was, not under the seat. the motor looks too cramed in too small of a area (hard to work on), two carbs (1 more thing that can get mud and water in), and it's an automatic.
it's a waist of money and I would never buy one.
but that just my opinion
