Ewen thanks very much for answering my question I quess it go's back to the dealer but I know that's a waste of my time. They will tell me the same thing as last time it doesn't do anything when we run it. I would really like to stick this quad up there @$$ where the sun doesn't shine.HA HA HA HA

 

I know exactly how you feel , I lost approx 2 months riding last year . On the forth time around the sevice rep from Winnipeg called me at my house and told me he was sorry for all the B.S. they had put me through ,then he said what can we do to make things right , I told him that AC should give me a brand new ATV ,same as I bought originally , The next half hour dealer calls and says he talked to AC Winnipeg and they were going to give me a 500i automatic , To make a long story short They ended up expediting a new motor/tranny and my dealer put it in . I haven't had any trouble with 500i manual since , The one thing that really gets my goat is the fact there was no loaner atv to drive while my new ATV was in the shop for 2 weeks at a time being ...repaired . AUGER if your atv is messed up call AC in Minnesota , they will put you through to Winnipeg ,and talk to the customer service rep , they know they have this tranny problem , keep on them , heck if you owed them money for an ATV but missed some payments they would hound you to death.
