Default got some picts up of my 500i snorkeled

hey i have some picts up now of my 500i snorkeled and i also have some picts of my radiator on my front rack. i made some brackets and moved it to the top rack. i also added an overflow bottle as well go to http://photos.yahoo.com/bigrych9

That is the same way I ran my radiator except I put my overflow bottle in the frame. It runs a lot cooler than before. That snorkel setup is harder to do but it looks cleaner than PVC going over the rack. Your snorkel is a little taller than mine. Did you have to rejet?

yes i droped the clip to the fourth notch from the top and went from a 148 to a 150 main. that gave me even more power, and yes this was not a easy job. i would not want to do it again. the reason i put the overflow bottle on top was so i would not have to snorkel the cap like the polaris. if you get muddy water over the cap it will suck in to bottle and before long there goes your water pumb seal. i rode it around for awhile yesterday and fan only came on one time. it never got over 185.
