Ok well after going a little to deep... Im snorkelin the ole cat. I have the lid made (a friend got me a new piece of plexi, the blue stuff was still on it!) and I was wondering if you were 2" or 2.5"? And could you explain how you got the 90 in the airbox properly? Thx, voo

I used 2" radiator flex hose for the snorkle. After drilling the hole in the air box, I put a hose clamp on the 90 on the inside of the box to keep it from pulling out and siliconed the snot out of it. You can't have too much silicone.

Thats pretty deep Voodoo, looks like fun.

TyreSpinner, you can have too much silicone in some cases.

oh yea on the inside of my airbox i did something a little differant. i got a short treaded coupler and got a 90 and screwed it in to the coupler inside my airbox. makes a good tight fit and i used the 3m marine sealent around everything. you ought to see if you can make it to the flying w this saturday. the swamp marshals has called out us climb atv guys out. my email has changed to rrcolvin1@netzero.com let me know if you can go

Maximus, The Gorillas are holding up fine, even with this big lift. Its hard to believe they run that smooth at that angle. I will not be able to go this weekend but look foreward to the next ride.

Your bike looks ready now. Be sure to take some pics of that beast beating up on those Polaris's.
