Tire replacement instructions
#2
I bought a tire changer from www.harborfreight.com for $36 and it has a bead breaker.. the wheel does not have center holes or this machine would make easy work of it but I did mine all with 2 big screw drivers and a ratchet strap.. just remember to be very very careful when seating the bead on the new tire.. just a little too much pressure can blow the tire right off the rim and send the wheel and tire flying through the air..
tire places here want about $12 per tire and I am cheap.. so I did it myself.

I also have the tire changer from Harbor Freight. It worked great on my Polaris wheels. When breaking the bead, leave a little air in the tire so the sidewall doesn't collapse so easily. Push one side part way off but not enough to let the air out, then do the other side. You may have to work your way around the bead little by little but you should be able to get it off. The aforementioned ratchet strap is a neccessity when seating the bead.
