What is your opinion on Engine Breakin on a new Quad? I have been told to just ride it like you plan to use it, and have also been told to do like the owners manual says to do.
Also how soon do you change over to synthetic oil? I would think you would want some miles on it before you chnage over, but the AC oil change kit that I got the dealer to throw in on the deal is their Extreme Duty Synthetic 0W40. I wouldn't think you would want to change to it at the first 10 hour oil change.
Any information, opinions or suggestions would be appreciated.

i have heard both of those. Just remember to keep the engine somewhat cool. As for the synthetic oil thing, i don't know, someone else will know that. I have to say I beat the crap out of mine during the break in, just remember to change the oil at 100 miles and you will be fine. You will know when it gets too hot, it will shut down.
