have you tried works shocks I know they make shocks for some of the utility machines? I read an article that they made some for a Suzuki Quadmaster 500. It was an article where they were prepping the suzuki for the GNCC Races. I think that the shocks for the AC would be very similar.

Well I was talking to a woman from Works performace over the internet(crazy, but aren't they all???). She said they had specs on how to make the shocks for the fronts for sure. I asked her about the rears and she said she was sure she could make them, but she had problems with the rear of Bayous. So I then informed her that AC's have the same basic design, because both have semi-irs. She then went nuts. Just wanted to get rid of me it felt like. She would not even consider my ideas(hemi-joints for exammple).
So you can get works shock for the front, but I don't think you can on the rear.

Well the semi-irs tilts side ways and front to back, but I guess Kawasaki doesn't account for this like Arctic Cat does.
If you notice, the top shock mount runs from to back so it doesn't bind up, and the bottom one runs side to side. This allows all kinda movement. She told me that Bayous had a problem with snaping the shock mounts right off of the shocks when they tilted, so maybe they didn't account for this like Arctic Cat.
