Squeaks on a 2003 500i
I have a 2003 AC 500i Auto. When going down the trails the front A arm bushings squeaks. It’s really bad. It sounds like an old bedspring going down the trail. It’s load enough that my friends that are riding with me can hear it. The dealer told me there’s nothing they can do about it. BS!!! I have only had the ATV for 4 months and got 400 miles on it. It should not sound like that.
My old 94 Polaris 300 4x4 with over 6000 miles on it squeaked less than this new one.
Anybody have any Ideas????

I have tried the lube & WD 40 thing, No Luck.
Luvthemud,
I bought it from Century Power in Stillwater, MN Not real happy with them. I bought a sled from the years ago and they were really nice then, But now the expanded and the just don't have the same customer service they used too. Heck the sales man that sold it to me didn’t even have the courtesy to be there when I picked up the machine. They also passed me around to 3 or 4 different people when I was signing the papers & getting the general over view of the machine. Every one was just to busy to give a d#$%!!
It’s just hard to find a dealer that gives a darn anymore…

Call head office and complain that the dealer isn't much help and have them make a note of it and have it faxed to you so if your warranty expires they still have to fix it, usually they fix it right fast cause the dealer doesn't like to hear complaints from head office, makes them look bad. Try it it works! P.S. mention to head office that you didn't receive good sales service and remember be nice they might go a little bit further for you and get names always get names GOOD LUCK!!!
