I'm back form the Beach, While I was their I stopped by the local AC dealer, As soon as I walked into the shop I knew somthing was diffrent, After talking to the owner about my cat and moving he said that he would be more than happy to service it under the waranty even thought I did not get it their, He asked me what all had been done to it and I told him, He was impressed, he also said that my warnty in AC eyes was voided but they could take care of it,
I also asked him about my Idea about putting a 300 diff in the 500, He said that he was in the process of doing just that, but he was having to machine new parts and this was taking a while, he told me to check back in a few weeks. He even gave me an AC motorsports T-shirt,,,AWSOME!!!
Also every cat I know will sooner or later backfire at top speed. He said that the stock jets are usually the prob, He suggested upping the size. If that does not fix it he said that the problem is that the REV LIMITER is killing the motor to protect it.
And yet another also, I ordered a set of Ox-Lite Cv guards and when they come it I will tell how they do. I may also fnish teh snorkel this next week, I will have pics up as soon as possible.
