Hi Guys !

I would like to buy the warn bumper for my 500i 2003 but I would like to see it first. I would also like to know how it attach to the frame (or does it attach only to the front bumper, in that case, it can't be use to push things since the front end is not very solid...).

Does any of you have a picture of it or a site where I could have the answers of my questions ?

armor i made mine with 3/16 plate for the push bumper with 1" flat strap on that so that when you push on somethig it wont damage the racks and bumpers of other atvs the light graurds are also made with 1" strap and expand metal to protect the lights. it mounts where theartic cat winch plate so it doesnot interferewith the mount they can both be used the the bolts that are there already .i've used it to push for wheelers out of mud and push start them and they do move when they see it coming i'm also working on making a rear bumper also. warn does make a nice bumper but i dont know if you can push with it thats why i made mine

Wow greasmky ! That is a nice bumper that you made ! Looks real tough. If I had your talent...

 

The front end is not very solid? The ac bumper attatches to the top two bolts on the winch mount and then uses c shaped metal pieces bolted around the to to the rack. It is a sturdy bumper, the only thing I dont like about the warn is the holes for the axuillary lights, looks dumb if you don't get them too. Maybe they make one without the cutouts now though.
