I have a Buddy that has 550 miles on a 1998 500 Cat. He put a lift kit on the machine when it had 200 miles on it. He just pulled his front axles off and found some damaged bearings on the yokes by the front differential. Thats it I'm pulling mine off also. I'm just trying to let you guys know so you can watch out for damage, so you don't get stuck miles away from home without a ride. I knew it would put a bind on the front end , but I didn't think the damage would be that quick.
Oh by the way my buddy will make somebody a good deal on a lift kit (half price), make that two lift kits. Take heed guys!!

I have figured they could not be good for the quads, I bet allot of people have problems with them, no matter what the brand.

thats the exact reason that I haven't got one yet. I would like the extra clearance, but not at that price.
