Excuse my ignorance, but what's the 'i' mean on models?

Default Excuse my ignorance, but what's the 'i' mean on models?
I see lots of folks stating they have a 500i, 400i, etc... What's the i mean? I cant seem to find any info on artic cats website.

with Arctic Cat ATV's they have the ACT rear end and the FIS, Fully Independent Suspension or as commonly reffered to the i models, the 400i, 500i ETC.

I assume all '04 500's are 500i's, correct?

yup, there is only a 400 ACT available now, eveything else is an I model only
