Default new 650LE tippier than older 500

purchased a new 650LE, faster than ...... however I do alot of climbs, off camber stuff and this new machine is alot tippier than my 98 500. Any suggestions? I have dropped the PSI to 3.5 in the rears and about 6-7 in the fronts. also adjusted the springs... made them alot softer, think I went the wrong way in the rear... wants to do wheelies when I am climbing over any trees so am going to tighten the rears back up to factory..... also am putting 26 12 12's blackwaters on....

Because of the location of the gas tank in 650's, the front end is very light. There is not much you can do about it other than add weight to the front. If you have the LE, you already have a front bumper and winch. Try adding a storage box on the front rack to add a little wieght to the front wheels.

With the stock tires you have to have at least 8 PSI in all 4, otherwise it's a little bit of a suicide ride.

I aired down to 6 in the rear and 8 in the front.... still is a suicide ride... going to different tires, blackwater 26/12/12's... on the rear and 26/8/12's in the front.... not really pleased at this point... most places I ride are hill climbs, off camber etc... this just aint workin...

I ended up replacing mine with GBC Dirt Devils. Really changed the machine. More responsive, more stable, and insane traction. Best money I ever spent on it.

I find at speeds above 45 MPH, she feels a little scarey though (because of the light front end). Really could use more weight up there.
