Anyone know what the book says for a 2004 AC 650.

I believe zero toe is correct. That would make life easier on the tires.

Most automomiles are toe'd in slightly. Not sure of the spec on the AC, but on the last few quads I've had, they required a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch toe OUT.

I set toe at 0 or 1/8 toe in, only one I would set at toe out would be a full time 4-wheel drive. When front wheels are being pushed as in 2-wheel drive, tires are pushed out therefore toe in setting. When front tires are pulling, 4-wheel engaged or full time tires are pulled in therefore toe out setting. If you have in and out capabilities I would set as close to zero as you can.

The shop manual says to set as close to 0 toe as possible or 1/8" toe in maximum.

What Tork said makes perfect sense......toe-out for full-time 4x4.
