Default Loss of power?

my 250 fells like it doesn't have the spunk it used to have in both high and low range, i did a cleaning of the filters, carburator and new oil, lubrication of anything i could of thought of. New spark plug and new wires. I hear no sould comming from the motor. with 500+ miles on it and i don't think it needs to be bored out so what should it do or look for?

You might need to adjust the Valves. I don't know the exact numbers are supposed to be off the top of my head.

If its an automatic you might also want to inspect the belt to see if it slipping. You would probably notice this in other ways though.

Hope this helps.
