Aftermarket winch....
They might be cheap in dollars but I have dealt with thousands of Superwinch motors used on shrimp and crap pot pullers and of all the ones we used, only had 3 that failed and they replaced them for free. When I got ready to put a winch on my 250, I bought a cat mounting kit. I then found a Chicago Electric winch through Harbor Freight for $49.99 plus shipping and did a little hole drilling and mounted it. I ran extra large wires and used solenoids for power switching and CB at the battery and it has worked everytime with no problem. I saw the same winch under a different brand name on one of the ATV sites the other day for $300 with mounting kit, so the winch was going for $200 to $225( I only paid $50 for my Cat mounting kit). But properly wired they work fine, extra large gauge wires and no switchs (toggles or manual switches) in the line, solenoids only and you don't draw extra amps because of the smaller wires or switches, which cause heat and destruction.
