Spring adjustment

Fastcat you are weak then im 15 and i bench press 325 and squat well over 400. Yeah football does do a lot. You may need someone to help you.

Mudblaster, I have found the same. I'm about 240lbs. and I feel like the stiffest setting is the best handeling for me.
