Don't know much about the 650 but I would start with exhaust....

It's simple to do and won't take up much time.....should get an extra couple horses by removing some restriction.

However....you will have to settle with a lot of extra noise.

 

i was thinkin about the exhaust...dont know if i could stand all that noise. any good performance pipes that arent very loud?

 

Then go with a pro clutch kit, and if you want to get some serious power get a racing cam. That should add plenty of power

 

I'd check on aftermarket modules and clutch springs. Remember that most of the engine components are shared with the prairie and twinpeaks lines so upgrades are similar if not identical.

 

Please dont change to a louder exhaust system. Enough riding areas have already been closed due to excess noise.

 

Very true Slaghammer, though when i want to race some friends i would slip-on the aftermarket and when i go hunting and trail riding i would put back on the stock exaust, it's a win win situation.
