Default Warranty

I spoke with a dealer in my town (College Station, TX)...(which has not impressed me at all), and they claimed that you cannot get the 2 year warranty on the new 2005 models, only on the leftover 2004 models.

Is this true??

This is the same dealership that the salesman 1st claimed they had no '05s, then admitted they had them in crates in the back, just didn't wanna sell them till more 04's were gone. He also told me that they were the number 1 AC dealer in the nation? I kinda find that hard to believe.

Any info would be appreciated!

Chase

So I guess that's a no. Oh well.

From the sounds of that Legal thing, all the other Wheelin' and Dealin' offers should be good right?

Such as the $69 winch and the financing offers?

Yes, 2 year warr IS offered on 2005 Arctic Cat ATVs. The legal post you read was old, the web site clearly states all 2005s 04s, 03s, excluding 50s 90s and DVXs. Go to Arctic Cat . com and verify it yourself. The only reason a dealer would not offer 2 yr warr is if they were a non ordering dealer, if a dealer has 05s at the store they should be qualified. The 2 yr warr is something done at the factory when dealer send in warr. paper.
My guess is dealer just wanted to get rid of his 04s.
