pleas help anyone! i have a DVX400 2004, before i did anything to this bike it ran fine. lol. well i have just installed both intake and exhaust cams, by HOT CAM. my problem is this the dame bike wont idle.the bike runs awesome just wont idle. if i come to a stop in neutral or in gear with the clutch in it will die.?? if i turn the bike on and it does idle it will for a few minuets, but it will idle very erratic up down?? can any one pleases help me? i have rejetted redone the timing 3 times and still nothing? help please

Well i dont know a terrible lot about the size of the cams but a after market cam will give it a lumpy idle and you may not being getting enough vacum, did you check all your hoses? speacilly the ones running to the carb.

 

Yes, I have all the hoses just cant figure it out? Maybe I am not getting enough vacuum since the intake cam is now bigger?
