Wow, have the Cats been selling around Minneapolis in the last week. I was at Tousley Motorsports last evening and they had sold stickers on at least 5 AC 500's.

Larson Honda sold their two 5 speeds on Saturday and the St. Croix Outpost sold 3 on Saturday also.

I guess people have finally figured out that $5600 with a winch is a great deal. That in combination with the good write up at the ATV Connection and Labor Day approaching has motivated a few people.

It is great to see this rugged atv finally getting the attention it deserves.

Arctic Cat sales have been good around here as well.
I think for the features, quality, and price they are a nice machine.
I think the dealear in this area has sold around 250 Arctic Cats in the last year. Not to bad for a town of around 12,000 people.Mostly farmers and hunters.

I'm happy to see the sales increase out this way as well. My dealer sold a 500 Auto '01, 500 manual '00, and a '01 300 over this last weekend alone. He said that was pretty unbelievable, as they normally are lucky to sell a couple a month. They are mainly a marine repair shop that specializes in boats and motors/props. They normally sell a ton of AC sleds, so this increase in atv's has them feeling pretty good.

Another nice thing about the price and winch deal with the 'Cats is that Arctic Cat features the additional safety course that is offered to anyone who purchases a 'Cat and their immediate family. The course itself only lasts a couple hours, and AC pays $100 to the purchaser of the 'Cat. The course is free to the rest of the family. Yet another way AC is expanding the sport.

Nice to see!

Mike

I heard on the radio that the AC is the fastest growing atv maker. I beleive it seeing more and more on the trail.

I would figure that they are. Its easy to have a 50% increase with low sales figures compared to say Honda increasing sales by 20%.
