2nd AC Bumper
#1
Has anyone else had trouble getting a rear bumper shipped to them? I ordered one from Arcticcatpowersports.com and when I got it the box looked like a 500lb gorilla sat on it. There was a hole in the corner and one of the mounting brackets was sticking out of it, then when I opened it up I noticed that the other bracket must have already fell out. Not to mention the bumper was already all beat up. I contacted AC Powersports and UPS and they sent me another bumper. But guess what, this box looks like it got sat on by a 1000lb gorilla and it has 2 holes in it. I didn't even open it yet; I'm afraid of what I'll find inside.

i think its UPS... i ordered a ac bumper for my warrior and when it came here the box had masking tape all over it where the box had been ripped and the mounting bolts where hanging out of little holes on the side (still had all 4 surprisingly) but when the guy dropped it off i was like WTF is this crap and was pretty upset considering i payed 70 bucks for a torn box with bolts sticking out of it....

I vote 70% for UPS, 30% for the shipper. I have had heavy metal items come via UPS before. Hitches, for example. They were droped in a box filled with the part, the brackets and bolts, and air. Sounds like your bumpers. After getting thrown, droped, and generally bumped around teh sharp edges make their way throught the box. The box looses all stiffness and you end up with a hunk of steel covered in chewed up cardboard.
