I got a 05' arctic cat 500 4x4 manuel. When I first got it I could pull the front tires up easy with no problem on flat ground. Now it has about 420 miles on it and I cant pull the front up as easy. I have gone on a few rides and I only have gotten stuck once but it was a bad creek!!!!!!! I ended up high centered in the creek. It was soft deep stuff. I had to dig for three hours and still did not get it out. I finally found some one that was home to pull me out with his four wheeler. I love my 500 still. Especially the adjustable shocks. I did not realize there would be that much of a difference between the lowest and stiffest setting.

 

Yeah, my wife and I finally settled on the lowest, woosiest, mushiest setting for the shocks. We like it... Raw comfort, you know. Ha.

I can't say too much about water crossings out here in Nevada. When we come across water we stop, look at it, take pictures of it, talk about it, and have a snack to prolong the experience. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
