I am looking to get some more power out of my 300 can anyone help me? I have heard about gutting or drilling holes in the muffler can someone please explain. Also how about a jet kit and air flow? Thanks a lot

there are various places you can go to on the net that sell jet kits, exhaust kits, etc. Shade Tree Powersports is one place. Check around on the boards here to find some more.

I haven't heard anything on the drilling holes in the muffler though.
