Do any of you guys know how to (if its possible) to take the clear headlight cover off the DVX's??
It has four clips that looks like they just come off, but they dont. it looks like its sealed to me. But does it come off??

If you are looking for brighter lights without installing extra light assemblies on your hood, you may want to remove the factory bulbs and take one to a big auto sales place. I removed the high beam bulb from my AC 500i unit and luckily, they had the same bulb sucket but much bigger wattage. Without the need to screw around with my factory covers, I simply removed the old bulb and installed the new "higher wattage" bulbs. And, I didn't even have to change its fuse. For the heck of it, you may want to try this trick on your unit as well.

If visiting a large auto parts place, you might even want to take your factory light assembly and if the sales guy isn't too busy, he might even try to help you find a sealed unit to replace it.

Hope these ideas help...

Thanks for the info, but i am looking how to take off the clear plastic cover that gaurds the lights from damage... it looks like it is sealed, not the headlights themselves... those just pop out, i had a small fire on one of my bulbs, and it fogged up the clear headlight lens cover so i took it out, and tried to clean it out with soap and water. but that didnt work.
