They will fit with no clearance problems except for a VERY SLIGHT rub on the exhast heat sheild when at FULL artication.

I used my 27x12x12 Tri_Claws yesterday, I parked my cat in the flex position and could see that they JUST BARELY rubbed the heat sheild when I was at full artication.

The Front Tri-Claws on the other hand rubed the shocks bad when turning and with the wheels turned hard and the Front suspension at full DROP they rubbed the Ox_lite boot guards. You will not have to worry about this since you are getting Bi-claws up front.

I for got to mention that I have my 4 Tri-Claws mounted on 4 ITP steel silver wheels. ONLY OTHER MODS on the bike are Ox-lites, a gun rack, and warn winch plate mounted ON TOP of the factory mesh.

No spacers and no lift YET, a lift is a MUST for me cause where I was going yesterday it was 3ft of solid mud, quads could not even reach the hard bottom, but the claws still pulled me threw draging bottom the hole time. Only got stuck maybe 5 times the hole day. Not bad considering this is where a lifted ford with 36" buck shots got so stuck that a tractor pulling it out also got stuck.

The setup that you just bought will work fine. No problems at all clearing fenders. Bi Claws won't rub on anything up front. Tri Claws will rub on the muffler when the suspension is squatted hard to one side, but it doesn't hurt anything. You wouldn't need spacers for anything unless you just wanted them. You will be impressed when you get these things in and mounted. It will give you a whole new mentality of your quad. Straight up, it just looks plain mean.

My advice is not to put the lift unless you absolutely have too. They will eventually damage your front end, I've seen it! I took mine off in the front. If you don't like your rear tire rubbing on your heat shield over your muffler, you will want spacers in the rear. Like Andy said they only rub when your rear suspension is torked out. I just let mine rub. Good luck!
