Ok, so first we were told it would be out just after the rest of the 2005's, then we were told it would be out later in the fall, then Cat said it would be out near the end of December. So, it is the 21st and I still don't see it or know of anyone who has. Any idea when it will be coming? Anyone have one on order? I am not planning on getting one this year, but am just wondering.

 

AC inidcated a few weeks ago that they may be delaying the H1 for a couple of months to work out all the bugs. None on order. No one has pricing to my knowledge.

I'd just get the V2. I can't imagine any advantage other than price for the H1. I'm just guessing, though.

 

well at least we can be happy over one thing they aren't trying to rush us out a peace of junk that will have problems like all the problems we had with the v2 which was mostly kawi's fault "thank you very much kawi" but i actually am looking at a very well disciplined company that wants to give us the best from those of us who demand the best i mean you spend 7000 on a new machine you don't wanna have problems with it right [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

Yeah, I don't think anyone wants them to rush and turn out a pile of junk. I know they are sure talking it up so hopefully they can step up and deliver too.

Plus I heard they may have an H1 model that is a manual transmission. Which I for one would definitely be really intersted in.

I think the waiting is part of the hype.

hell yes they should come out with a manual, id imagine that would be full of torque. i was goin to get a new 500, but now im gonna wait. ill but that in a heart beat. they should at least try a manual anyways, no one else has. you know the quote ''More To Go On''.
