Better get-em while they're hot!
I just visitec my dealer where I was shown a memo that states the $69 winch deal ending on March 31. Just thought I'd let you all know. Kinda pisses me off that AC has had nothing on their site about this though...

Does this mean that at the end of next month AC is coming to my house to collect the other 260 bucks for the winch I paid 69 dollars for 6 months ago?
JK- it was a sweet deal while it lasted I guess...

I bought my 650 last April. They said the same thing then. The $69 winch and 2 year warranty ran all year.
On the other hand, you don't want to get caught if it does stop.
Keep close contact with multiple dealers and the Arctic Cat web site. Last year, I saw an announcement on the Arctic Cat web site that Arctic Cat was extending their winch / warranty deal and I told the dealer. He didn't know it and called to find out for sure.

This would be correct because the dealer has to pay for part of the winch. So he carved out the winch and gave you a better deal. This is normal.

When I bought our two 400's back in the fall of 03, the options were a winch for $69 or three year financing at (I think) 3% or 4%, something like that and the two year warantee. We took the financing (and we'll be done with that next month).

The winch deal is paid for by Arctic Cat, not the dealer. What he did was got your winch for $69 and sold it at retail. Not only illegal but immoral. Go demand you winch. Oh yeah, how do I know this. I paid dealer cost for my '05 400 and still got the winch.
