Default charging question

OK forget about my charging question I have come to the conclusion it doesn't matter how much it is supposed to be charging because it isn't charging at all!!!!!!! So now my question is how do I fix that problem and the more detail the better because I am by no means a mechanic lol.

It is one of 4 things; Stator (charge coils if you prefer), Rectifier, Regulator (may be in the same box as the rectifier) or wires. If you dont' see about 14+ volts at the battery at about 2000 rpms then you have a problem. Never check it at idle. You will need a volt/ohm meter and if you don't have a manual (a must if you are gonna work on it), you can PM me you e-mail address and I can send copies of the pages from the manual.
