Warranty Issues with AC?????

I have a 2004 AC 500 4x4 auto that I dearly LOVE. EXCEPT...... the rear brake (pedal) does not and never has worked at all. My dealer said to bleed it-.....did that. Dealer said bring it in and then said that brake was poorly designed and will not work. Finally tried another dealer and am told that the rear master cylinder is bad, and apparently has been since day 1, and though I had a TWO year warranty included in purchase, AC says no on the warranty coverage. Anybody else had these kind of problems? This is an ongoing problem since the machine was new. I know of at least 6 AC's purchased around same time, same dealer, and none of them have functioning rear brake.
Please respond.
Thank You

Warranty Issues with AC?????
Yeah, the AC warranty sucks. They will not pay for hardly anything.
My 03 500i has had a noise in the front A frame since about 3 months old, They tell me it's normal and won't fix it.
I guess I should have keep my 1996 Polaris 300. It had on over 6000 miles and made less noise than my new AC.
I know I'll sure think twice before buying another AC.

Warranty Issues with AC?????
I've had no problem with AC warranty. First the Low/High/Rev lever bolt came loose and repaired for free and a popped out of gear issue. Checked out by dealer, oil drained, engine and front and rear differentials; all covered under warranty. I seem to see a pattern here where the dealer is lazy, stupid or just flat doesn't care to do their job. My dealer is the highest volume dealer in the state and does it right (that's why he has so many repeat customers from as far away as Alaska). rdavis, who told you AC says no warranty? If the dealer told you and you didn't check with AC youself then you need to do that. Vmaxdlx, I don't know about your noise being normal or not, but again who says that AC won't pay, the dealer? If so contact AC. You guys both sound like your dealers are worthless and you are to lazy to do more than take it to the them. You have a responsibility to do more if you think you got screwed, if you don't, you got what you deserve. So don't bitch about it until you do.

so how do you get in touch with AC??? I have tried to search for contact info on the net and find none. Checked owners manual, found a phone number, rang about 150 times, no answer, ask dealership how to talk to AC, and was told to call number in manual. Any help in contacting AC would be greatly appreciated. That was where this forum was found is when I was searching again for contact info.
Thanks

Warranty Issues with AC?????
Well, I can only respond now - since I had my first servicing done today where I bought my bike. I must say I was beginning to doubt the dealer, but today they restored all faith in my thinking.
I had complained about the following:
1) A torn decal when the bike was brand new - when I priced the decal I found it to be 42$ - so figured I had a right in complaining on a brand new machine.... never heard a reply from dealer - but when I took bike for first servicing - the decal had been ordered and was ready to be put on.
2) Shift linkage that didn't have bolt tightened down enough - dealer said this was from Arctic Cat directly, not something they work on when building machine. Again though - fixed and no questions asked, no charge - so I am assuming Arctic Cat Warranty covered it. Said he had never heard of this problem - but when I went to pick up bike, he said another customer phoned with EXACTLY the same problem - that makes me wonder whats going on at the factory though.
The only thing disappointing thing, was a 1/2 cm gash in the sidewall on my left rear tire, dealer found it and informed me - not his problem - I'm just glad he found it or I probably wouldn't have noticed until the bike was sitting on rim - I had him order me a matching tire.
I think it really can matter from dealer to dealer - I was beginning to wonder about mine and all faith has been restored.
Cheers Barnzilla

like i said. i emailed and told them the whole story of my problems. they handled it great, even called my dealer, and then found me a new dealer, set up an appointment and to have my machine picked up at my house!
