2003 AC 400 auto had a loss of speed went to take of the cover to clean and inspect and to my horror the primary was vented wide open no protection from the elements it appears my belt has worn down to the point were it just isnt putting enough weight on the primary so it slid back allowing the weights to fall out of place now it sounds like a gumball machine. Whats up with that design. does anybody have or no where I can find an exploded veiw of the primary and how everything goes back together. I have searched and searched an nobody seems to have AC mircofiche up yet. Go to Alpha- Sports , I believe alphasport.com , they have the same pictures that A/C has and you can price them to. Prices are higher than at my local Cat dealer but may include shipping. They are close enough for me to do estimates though.
