Alot depends on what is on at the same time, and what the rpm of the motor is at. Stators require rpm to produce the max watts. If the winch is running and the motor is at an idle, it wont be much.
I would think it should be able to have at least one 55 watt light. If you get a halogen bulb in it, itll be plenty bright. If you get a 'fog ' pattern, itll be more broad than a driving beam, and makes lighting the sides of the trail better, at the expense of long distance lighting.
