I've found a new problem, in the last week since I've had the bike, 3 times now, including last night, I 've fired it up (still hard to start)and let warm up. During warm up I'm getting white smoke with a slight smell of glycol. Goes away after full warm up. Gee, I wonder what Workensport will come up with now. Never has 'smoked' before...........

well lets see what kind of story they come up with now.
hhmmmm. antifreeze smell at startup?
you wouldnt believe how many ACs they buy back - I cant believe you still own one - when they show that commercial of a AC being used as a wrecking ball - even the folks in Taiwan were laughing.
get rid of that pile and get a real quad. no smacks to AC riders - this guy has a lemon and its not the first one ive seen. ACs quality control guy should be SHOT on the 6 oclock news. For a company so reliable ...... so many SAR units rely on their equipment......and this taiwan and chinese stuff... aw come on...thats putting the noose around your own neck.
Were I you, ****, I would dump that ride for a major brand name - NOT at the same store. Believe it or not, their CSI is VERY low - prob cuz they are trying to be all things to all people --- sounds like a rich greedy college kid doesnt it? thats what I thought too.
well theyll make it.. and there are some good honest people workin there...the management is a little different story....but central oregonians prize honesty! That is sorely lacking in the upper echelon of that company at least thats my impression. we could go on and on....let's get you on a quad youll like.
what brot you to AC? and what makes you think youll be happy on apolaris?
I ride the same places you do...where did you get these ideas?

Workensport said to bring it again for repair. I've asked for them to buy it back but they tell me as long as they can fix it they can't buy it back. I can trade it in for wholesale for a loss which I don't think is right.
I went with AC for the features, suspension and warranty (which i'm using quit extensively but not happily). Polaris was my second choice but they had no place to test ride and only offered a 6 month warranty at the time. I did not check out the other dealers.

Is that so? I've got a 2002 375 that has been rolled hard 5 times and has about 1500 miles on it. It is rugged as nails. My 04 has had no significant problems and runs perfectly.
Nice troll.

never had a problem with cat but you go right ahead and buy a polaris then you will really complain about problems. don't blame the machine for your mechanic being an idiot. oh and yes you will have problem with polaris i used to work there in roseau lol the only way they know how to put the machine together is to pry it together and beat the hell out of it cause nothing fits. oh and i remember one of my buddies sifting through the dumpster for trailing arms that were cracked they were putting on the snowmobiles just so they could keep the night shift going without sending them home yeah world class machines there.

I had a 2000 Polaris 325 magnum that was trouble free and we beat the hell out of it. It now belongs to a friend who uses it for work. The only problem he's had was an axle seal leak.
My 800EFI has only a couple hundred miles on it, but they were tough miles and so far it works as advertised. It is as fine a machine as I've ever ridden. I'm not doubting your story about Polaris, but if that's they way they built that Magnum, you sure wouldn't know it by the way the machine worked.
You can't stay in business by screwing everyone. They all have lemons here or there. If Polaris is #2 in the market place for this many years by screwing everyone, then I'd say that says more about the American People than it does about Polaris.
Btw, I've seen guys with Yamahas, Suzukis, Kawasakis and Hondas that were trouble prone. The more you sell, the more machines that will have defects.

Picked up the quad on Thursday,10/27, finally it sounds and runs right, even my wife noticed the differance. They did the radiator pressure test and it lost lbs. replaced the head gasket and its finally fixed.
I took this in Juy 5th, so its been almost a 4 month battle. Lots of arguments with the service manager and his tech. Glad to have it back to where it was pror to breaking down.
