Wanted to see what kind of deals any of you guys have been getting on DVX 400's I've called just about every dealer around here and no one wants to cut a deal on them! All of them say $5800 + tax

Well you can buy the kfx for $4899 or the z for $5199 here. The dvx, kfx, and the z are all the same except the plastic is different on the dvx. If you do a lot of trail riding you might want to get the z or kfx anyways. The plastic provides better protection against mud and water. The dvx is getting the same engine and chassis upgrades this year as Suzuki and Kawasaki got last year.

 

yeah I know.........I had a '03 KFX a few years ago.....now I have a KX250F I want to sell in order to get another quad....I'd rather pay the extra money for the cooler looking plastic.

 

2005 are running about 5800.00 here also. Used 2004 in great shape is about 4,000.

 

I have seen some end of year deals that were very good. A buddy recently asked my opinion of one after seeing a Dealer-used DVX at Bass Pro Shops for $3899. I simply asked him if he wanted to have to go the the John Deere dealership everytime he broke something...

 

you can get the parts at a Kawaski, Suzuki or Honda dealer.

 

jaxxdog I like your quad....that's the same color I'm going to get....The salesman was trying to talk me into the Tony Stewart one....but I like the red and black better. It was between red/black or lime/black....So far the best price I've found for a '06 is $6100 OTD not to bad considering it comes with a 3 year warranty I guess.

They must of changed the warranty since I bought my dvx in 2004. I only got a 6 month warranty. It was my understanding the utilities have a 2 or 3 year warranty but the sport quads only get 6 months.

 

I live in Oklahoma and my local John Deere dealer has three left over 2004 models and wants 4600 plus tax
